Question:

From: Peter

hiya

I have this person how always bullies me what do i do?

Answer:

Hi Peter,

Thank you for your email. I’m sorry to hear that you are suffering as a result of being bullied.

It was very brave of you to ask for help and I will try my best to help you.

I understand how awful it must be for you, as I myself was bullied when at school. There is no quick or simple answer but it is very important that you tell an adult maybe your parents of your teachers at school as you should never suffer in silence. You could even write a letter to them if you don’t feel like you can tell them face to face but Whatever you do - TELL SOMEONE! Make people listen to you and don’t take no for an answer.

Once you’ve told someone your problem you will feel better just by getting it off your chest and they should be able to help you.

You could also call Child Line on 0800 1111 who can give you some more helpful advice as it’s very important to talk to someone.

There is also a really useful website you can goto: http://www.bullying.co.uk/

Hope this helps Peter.

Take Care,

Bev x
